3. Intellectual property

All elements composing the Podium service — including, without limitation, the source code, software architecture, graphical interface, design, illustrations, Latin-inspired feature names (Forum, Scena, Take, Insignia, Laurea, Gradus, Plebs, @AUGUR), the word mark "Podium" and the composite mark "PODIUM FAN" — are the exclusive property of Théophile Roques or are used under license.

The "PODIUM FAN" mark is operated by the publisher. A filing at the EUIPO is planned.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the service, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the publisher, under penalty of constituting an act of infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Sports data displayed in the service is provided by third-party providers (notably API-Sports) and remains the property of its respective holders.

4. Personal data

The processing of users' personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and amended French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Data Protection Act).

In accordance with applicable regulations, every user has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and to data portability. These rights can be exercised by email to admin@podium.fan.

5. Cookies and trackers

The desktop version of the service, accessible at podium.fan, uses cookies and trackers for audience measurement and service improvement purposes, provided in particular by the PostHog solution.

In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the recommendations of the CNIL, the deposit of these cookies is subject to the user's prior consent, collected via a consent banner displayed on first visit. The user may at any time withdraw consent, accept or refuse cookies, and modify their preferences via the management link accessible at the bottom of the website.

Cookies strictly necessary for the functioning of the service are deposited without prior consent, in accordance with the exceptions provided by the regulations.

Within the mobile application, audience measurement tools operate without cookie deposit, within the framework defined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Terms of Service

Use of the Podium service is subject to the Terms of Service accepted by each user when creating their account, and accessible at any time from the application and the website.

7. Reporting illegal content

In accordance with Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), any manifestly illegal content hosted on the service may be reported to admin@podium.fan or via the "Report" function present on each piece of content in the application.
