Graham Potter at Chelsea has been a fascinating case study in management. He had such a clear identity and tactical flexibility at Brighton, which seemed to vanish under the pressure of the big club environment. It makes you wonder if the challenge is too great for some managers when expectations skyrocket. Sometimes it’s about more than just spending; it's about maintaining that connection with the players and the club's philosophy. Would love to see him back at a mid-table club where he can really express his ideas again.
